CFO Pool Construction was founded in 2008 by Carlos Ferenck Ochoa. Carlos has been in the pool business for over 20 years, starting as an apprentice electrician and in 2004 founded CFO Electrical Contractor. With his 20 years of experience he has been involved in the building of over 3,000 swimming pools.
Our Philosophy. We offer a superior product at a competitive price. We do not "hard sell" to our clients. The price we quote is the price you will pay. There are no "hidden" cost. We will use only licensed and bonded contractors that we find to be craftsman in their trade.
We will provide our clients with a project manager that will oversee the construction from beginning to end.
